Digital Content Creator/ Creative Content Editor (Added in Apr 2024)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling and engaging digital content across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating content that aligns with our brand voice, resonates with our target audience (pet owners), and drives customer engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in content creation, digital marketing, and a passion for storytelling in the pet industry.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality digital content including campaign design and workflow, social media posts, app push, eDM, customer stories to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and project team to develop content strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
- Manage freelance editors and be the gatekeeper for brand and product info. Write, edit, enhance, and deliver engaging content to customers.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook and YouTube) and create engaging content tailored to each platform. Monitor social media trends and respond to comments or inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content using analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights on content engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external teams including designers, marketers, project owners to gather information, review content, and ensure accuracy and quality.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches.
Requirememts
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in a marketing or media platform environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of digital content creation skills, including written, visual, and multimedia content, with a focus on traditional Chinese writing.
- Proficiency in traditional Chinese writing with excellent writing and editing skills, including a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Basic photo editing skills using software such as Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
- Knowledge of basic video editing is a plus, with experience using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.

PET-A-HOOD is seeking a Technical Researcher to strategize the technical growth of the platform. The candidate should help to research the latest technologies, processes, devices and techniques, and play an instrumental role in finding innovative ways of developing products for users.
Provide technical expertise and work closely with developers and business users to apply engineering knowledge and principles to devise innovative solutions to unique problems. Provide technical consultancy to management and agencies regarding advanced technical studies, their potential application and the resolution of complex problems. Work and act independently, being self-supervising within the expectations with outcomes reviewed at senior level.

- Study emerging trends in the information technology field and their ramifications on the organization
- Educate and support the development team

About the Role
PET-A-HOOD is seeking a Mobile Application Developer to build and develop the mobile application. This individual will be reporting to our Technical Lead, to support both frontend and backend system development. Our ideal candidate should be a self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills and detail-orientedness.

- Design and develop iOS and Android mobile application, web service and backend development

E-Commerce and CRM Specialist
About the Role
PET-A-HOOD is seeking a CRM Specialist to support execution of cross-channel communications for our up-and-coming e-commerce platform. Key functions will include driving platform retention, engagement, and usage metrics, via channels including but not limited to email, social and in-browser messages.
Our new CRM Specialist will join a growing team of professionals driving engagement at PET-A-HOOD, and work closely with in-house marketing, product, and creative teams. He/She must demonstrate a strong understanding of our product, identify and address consumer touchpoints and pain points in well-researched manners, and craft messages and campaigns to engage both pet owners and pet-related businesses.
Responsibilities
- Propose, design, and launch CRM campaigns and workflows in collaboration with Marketing and Tech teams
- Map user journeys and optimise campaigns for funnel conversion
- Drive platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics for PET-A-HOOD products and services
- Support analysis and enhancement of CRM campaigns
- Execute A/B tests and own analysis of results to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness

Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly set acquisition targets for assigned vertical via developing sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to, referrals, networking, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings
- Diligently follow up until you close sales opportunities to build and maintain a lasting relationship with decision makers
- Clearly communicate PET-A-HOOD’s brand value to business partners and negotiate profitable deals to access their inventory

Requirements
