Terms and Conditions
Please follow the following rules and regulations when you bring your pet to BMW showroom:
- Each group of visiting guests can bring one pet into the showroom, and must take care and control your pet to prevent causing nuisance to others.
- All pets within the activity area must wear pet wrap.
- Pet Owners should keep the environment clean and hygienic at all times. Pet Owners shall immediately clean up any faeces or urine their Pet(s) have deposited and shall provide their own sealed bags, containers and/or tools for proper waste disposal.
- Pet Owners are solely responsible for any damage or injury caused by their Pet(s) to other persons or pets, the property of BMW Showroom, or any third party. If unfortunately attacked or injured by a pet, please seek police assistance; if you lose your pet, you will take sole responsibility. BMW Concessionaires (HK) Limited will not bear any liability or responsibility towards the said circumstances.
- All visiting dogs that are over 5 months of age must have been duly inoculated against rabies and hold a valid dog licence issued by Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department; All visiting cats must be fully vaccinated against rabies and common infectious diseases.
- All visiting pets must be on leash not longer than 1.5m or keep in cage/carrying bag/pet perambulator with leash on to ensure the safety of public, pets and yourself.
- In accordance with the law and safety considerations, dogs classified as Fighting Dogs under the Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Cap167D) (including Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Japanese Tosa, Fila Braziliero and their crossbreeds) and Known Dangerous Dogs are not allowed to enter the BMW Showroom.
- Pet Owners should fully and effectually indemnify BMW Concessionaires (HK) Limited from and against all actions, proceedings, claims and demands whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with any damage or injury caused by their Pet(s) and any such act, deed, matter or thing done or omitted as aforesaid and all costs and expenses in connection therewith.
- By attending the event, participants are authorizing PET-A-HOOD, BMW Concessionaires (HK) Limited, and their sponsoring partners to capture and retain images, names, voices, and appearances of participants and their pets to create photographs, audio recordings, videos, and multimedia recordings (referred to as "recordings"). These recordings may be used permanently in any location, current or future, on any media for promotional, commercial, or other purposes. Participants understand and agree that no fees or compensation will be provided by the organization or venue sponsors for the use of these recordings.
- BMW Concessionaires (HK) Limited reserves the right to terminate or amend its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd. shall be final.
