The Pawfect Christmas Fashion Show Content and Judging Criteria:
Theme: Popular Cat and Dog Fairy Tale Characters
Competition Requirements:
- Participants and their pet must wear uniquely designed/ styled costume.
- Participants will have 3 minutes on the runway to showcase and introduce their costume.
Judging Criteria:
Judges will score participants based on their overall performance, according to the following criteria:
- Creativity and Uniqueness (50%)
Evaluation of the originality of the costume design and style, the ability to showcase the pet's personality, and the coordination with the owner. - Costume (20%)
Assessment of whether the costume and style align with the winter fairy tale theme. - Overall Performance (30%)
Evaluation of the interaction and engagement between the owner and pet, as well as the pet’s behavior and performance during the presentation, such as walking and interaction.

Registration Details:
- This event is open only to cats, dogs, and their owners.
- Registration is online only; on-site registration is not accepted.
- Each group can have one person and one pet; the cat or dog must be the participant's own pet.
- A total of 20 groups will be accepted, and each group will have 3 minutes for their performance.
- Upon submitting the registration form, a participant photo must be uploaded.
- If any information is incorrect, please resubmit the form by the deadline. Otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to reject any changes.
- In the case of multiple submissions, only the last submission will be considered valid.
- After being shortlisted, participants will receive a confirmation email. Please show this confirmation to staff on the event day.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting the form, please contact PET-A-HOOD at support@petahood.com for assistance.
Competition Format and Arrangements:
- All participants must arrive at the registration counter at Jubilee Street Entrance, G/F, Central Market by 2:00 PM on the event day to check in and arrange their performance order.
- Once competition begins, staff members have the right to deny entry to anyone (including participants) to the competition area. Participants who miss important announcements or their performance time may be disqualified.
- Before the event starts, the host will briefly explain the competition format and judging criteria to the participants.
- Each group is limited to one person and one pet. If seating is limited, accompanying persons may not be guaranteed a seat.
- The competition venue does not provide any equipment, props, backdrops, or power sources.
- The use of props is not allowed, and actions such as throwing or catching props are forbidden to ensure the safety of participants and pets.
Important Notes:
- Pet owners should assess the condition of their pets before registering for the competition.
- In Central Market, small pets must be transported in a pet stroller or carrier and kept properly covered. For medium and large pets that cannot be transported in a stroller or carrier must wear a mask and be on a leash no longer than 1.5 meters to enter and stay within Central Market, except during the event.
- All attending dogs must be vaccinated against rabies, and all pets must be vaccinated against common infectious diseases.
- All individuals bringing cats and dogs into the venue must proactively declare and present a valid vaccination record card to staff before entry.
- To ensure a hygienic and comfortable space for all pets, pet owners are requested to keep the venue clean and treat the facilities with care.
- For the safety of both pets and other visitors, please keep your pet under control and manage their behavior to avoid causing disruption or harm to others.
- Pet owners will be fully responsible for any accidents or incidents caused by their pets due to negligence.
- PET-A-HOOD and Central Market are not liable for any accidents or injuries occurring to participants or their pets during the event.
- By attending the event, participants grant permission to PET-A-HOOD and Central Market to take photographs, videos, and other media of the participants and their pets, including their likenesses, names, voices, and appearances. These recordings may be used for promotional or other purposes in any media, now or in the future, without compensation to the participants.
- Any changes to the event will not be announced separately. PET-A-HOOD and Central Market reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the event.
